Thank you for reminding me
Yep I always forget about it too. I prefer it straight vs. "sauce" styles that have tons of fillers and oils. Straight you get a really nice burn and heat from it plus it's much healthier.
My staple (Salmon)
2 salmons with peanut sauce and pico

My wife is killing me. I went to put the steam bag of green beans in the microwave and I discovered she had used my Kodiak dark chocolate pancake mix to make these.

Love that salmon ( wanna know the stuff on top how you make it )
My wife usually makes salmon with sweet chilli sauce
She made nice desserts
Costco.. I buy their Kirkland brand. I get 7 - 8oz salmons for around 18 bucks. You can't beat it as far as protein content (37g) plus the omegas are great for joints, skin, etc
Man, actually I went a bit over board with the sauce. Its a peanut sauce therefore it has lots of carbs and sugars but its so good. I use a brand called "Pretty Thai peanut sauce". I see they have it on amazon but they charge almost 20.00 for it where my local super market only charges 10.00. They make a killer chill sauce as well. I also have pico de gallo on top on the salmon which tasted great with that avocado I have on the plate.
Looking good! Same old for me, chicken and broccoliView attachment 120472

I'd love to find a decent peanut sauce that isn't full of the extra sugars etc. Stuff is addicting as are most Thai sauces. Maybe someone out there is making one out of a stevia type base and all natural but I'm sure it's $$$. Wish I could find the same in a duck sauce too.
