What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

If you find a healthier one please share.

From seasonings, salad dressings and dipping sauces I’m always on the look out for a great tasting healthy choice.

Absolutely will. Problem is you see items that claim zero sugars and healthier alternatives but just replace with bad artificial sweeteners and crappy fats i.e. sucralose, sugar alcohols, soybeal oil, cottonseed oil etc. Hard to find good clean ingredients on the sauces front.

Is there a conversion for sugar to stevia? I know the restaurant my wife works at makes peanut sauce I wonder if you could just switch out the sugar for stevia if it would taste any good?

I would say try make your own sauce but stevia probably ruin the taste ...
For me rather get some extra sugar ( if can )
And jump on the stairclimber for 45 mins

Can't say exactly but stevia, monk fruit, allulose are sweeter than sugar so there is a conversion there. There's typically a measurement comparison on the packaging. i.e. 1 TBSP sugar = 1/8 tsp stevia
