My weakness is ice cream! I could live off of ice cream, steak, and beer. I swear!

Is Halo top that healthy ice cream? I haven't tried it. Theres an ice cream shop near me that has blueberry cheesecake gelato. Holy shit! I had 6 scoops when I went there last month.
Looks good, what's the grain quinoa?

After doing squats in the rain I wanted something warm to eat but settled for a big bowl of cottage cheese/pineapple . Great post w/o meal .

That sounds less bad to me than ketchup, still to this day have not tried it. You ever cook a pork butt in your instapot?I'll pony up to the cottage cheese condiment weirdness... mustard and pepper all day long and warmed up slightly.
I can't recommend this enough. It's so simple and cheap, great starter recipe. You can cook it a bunch of different ways but you want it low and slow to get that fat rendered down, that's probably the main take away. I take mine to a few degrees higher than what this recipe calls for, like 212/214. When it's time to shred it all you need to do is push a fork into it. Done deal.
