What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I guess it was my civil duty to try out the new McChicken McGriddle and Chicken bisquit (2 for $3) ....McDonalds new fast food bait :p Not bad but the protein amount doesnt offset the high calories/high carbs . But for $1.50 a piece they got me...:confused:

Man, I can't do McDonalds anymore. Took the kids to chic fil a yesterday, that's like once a year for us. In and out is as fast food as I go generally. Those mcriddles are fucking good though.
 
All clear sir, 60 percent containment, evacuation orders lifted and our power came back on last night. Went back out at 215am right before my coffee maker turns on, it's back in now I guess, I had to slum it with gas station coffee again this morning. Thanks for asking

So whats the answer ? More clear cutting by PG&E ? Turn California into a big rock garden , devoid of excess trees ? I dont know...:rolleyes:
 
Logan this was the first McGriddle Ive had , Im still pissed they axed the Egg White DeLight McMuffin . That was a better one for folks like us...

I thought it was still around but last time was like a year ago because I had no choice. I ordered two and jjust pulled the filings from one and put it on the other to keep the carbs low and not eat two muffins. The normal mcmuffin isn't too bad macros-wise either.
 
8%? Great job! I'm at about 12-13% right now but I start lifting heavy, eating well again tomorrow. I'd like to get single digits by feb without killing myself.

Thank you sir! I’m probably around 9-10% right now. I like to get a good 9 months of gaining in every year so I get as lean as I know how before starting. Sometimes I get impatient so I usually only get down to about 10%, but I’m at a decent place with plenty to strip away over the next month.
