If i was anabolic rn it would be another plate at least. But im not so its just a meal

What's your maintenance out of curiosity? I'd guess 1500 cals on that plate at least. ...and then nonchalantly "didn't think it was that much" :) You are a beast dude.

Odd for me to say but i no longer count calories. For many yrs i was anal retentive about tracking EVERYTHING to make sure 100% i was meeting my goals in the entire process of building muscle. Some thing i would recommend still. This mindset i beat in to myself so i have a pretty good idea instinctively where i need to be daily from ALL THOSE yrs of strict measurements. Last i checked it was some 4500 cals to maintain 293 lbs of pretty lean muscle on my body. But im thin and tall naturally and losing weight is way too easy for me to do.
 
You guys ever get random food hankerings from when you were a kid? For some reason Pillsbury Toaster Strudels came out of nowhere today. Used to be a staple in the mornings and much better than any pop tart IMO. I went to see if they even still made them and man... there are a ton of flavors now and some awesome ones. A nice warm gooey strawberry and creme cheese strudel would be on point but not about to let myself go down that route :(

ya, those are great. My son loves them so I indulge when I’m growing and having cheat meals

I never eat sweets anymore and rarely crave anything sugary but for some reason it's always the throwback junk food breakfast that kicks in randomly. Back in the good ole' days where all breakfast food was pure candy and eggs were still considered "bad" :)

I am same if I am craving : some good chips
( not too salty and those " healthy " brands )

I’m definitely a pastry guy. I can pass a snickers (although they are great too) easily. A brownie? Who eats just ONE brownie?
