We got our own swag and flavor down here. Pretty independent and unique place. Some of the very lowest taxes in the nation and no state income tax which is huge. And an annual 13% growth every year for over a decade. Its flourishing! Glad to be a part of it

My only meal for the day, well + 300gr protein. My body hasn't gotten many carbs since last night. Spinach with apples, gravlax salmon, sunflower seeds, eggs, cabbage and some corn. Light thousand island dressing and spicy mustard.

The egg tacos seem to be stuffed full more than usual. Always a good thing when the overflow and stuffage doesn't allow you to actually fold a taco and eat with hands. Fork it is!

Smoked a couple turkeys yesterday for a meeting tonight. Did a ham too, turkeys got a bit overcooked. I'm hoping it turns out alright. Pops came over and helped me break them down. Put some stock in the containers with the turkey. Hopefully it will help moisten it up when I reheat tonight.

Nice, smoked ham is great stuff and IMO the best way to have it (so is turkey you just see pure smoked ham much less often). Did you do anything to it seasoning-wise or just let it do it's thing with pure smoke?

This picture isn’t amazing, I know. But I wanted to brag for MyProtein. I got 22lbs during their Black Friday sale for $110. This is Cookies and Cream Impact Whey Blend. I’ve never tried their protein before but this shit tastes amazing. I also got the Impact Whey Isolate in Chocolate Smooth and a free 1lb bag of Rocky Road Impact Whey. I’ll let you know how those taste. I’ve been having some discomfort from different brands so I’m trying to find a reputable source that’ll digest well. I’ll keep y’all updated on how this settles as well. Btw, I’m in no way trying to shill. Just passing along my findings!

My meal of the day, my body has been wanting carbs. I demolished this meal pretty fast. I have more too.
Baked cod with lemons and baked potato with some rosemary. Then the 220ish grams of protein shakes.

This is a nutrition thread. I’m sharing how amazing the shit tastes. I’ve never used it before, nor am I affiliated nor shilling for anyone.

I made red mill veggie soup last night. I added ground turkey which I cooked with a little low sodium chili powder for flavor. I also used 3.5 cups of beef bone broth. Very easy and satisfying meal. I threw it in the pressure cooker and 20 minutes later dinner was served. I had two bowls and put my body in shock as it’s been a while since I’ve had that many carbs. Looking forward to a great leg day. Thanks for helping me discover red mill. May make the black bean soup next.
