Thanks! Been a few years since I was that conditioned. I’ve been the big guy and I’ve been the guy confident enough to step on stage. I don’t care to be either anymore. These days I just want to look and feel good while trying to be as health conscious as I can. You never know though, if my wife has anything to say about it I may yet be in that kinda condition again. We just started running bleachers at the middle school on Sunday’s. We’re also doing our first 10k run in a few months.

I always imagined you were like my terrible old man(mean that in a respectful way to YOU) stay huddled up in an old house out in the sticks. Make your meals on a wood stove and train on a dirt floor in work boots on a rusty old barbell set. Strong AF and doesnt ever take a damn selfie
 
I'm swedish, norwegian, german, and either Irish or Scottish. Real close. Does she mean youre a fast runner? I was in Germany last year. I look more German than 90% of them.
I had some dude come up to me traveling in Thailand and start speaking Norwegian to me. He said I look like his people. As far as I know I have no Norwegian at all in me
 
My only meal of the day. 3 protein shakes with 70 grams in each with whole milk.
Salad on the menu! I don't think of myself as a good cook, however I do think I can toss a nice salad.
From the way bottom:
  • Spinach
  • Green apple
  • Pear
  • Croutons
  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Red Cabbage
  • 1 Slice of Havarti Cheese(rare)
  • 300 grams of Turkey
  • 3 Eggs
  • Beet salad which is made of
    -Beets, apple, light sour cream, lemon juice, spicy mustard and one tablespoon of sugar.
Any suggestions on improvements would be appreciated, dried cranberries maybe or those pomegranate things?

My question is why are you doing this? 3 protein shakes? Why not eat real food? Definetly not optimal in my opinion. You seem like a real lazy person.
 
YES!! I’m gonna try a yogurt biscuit recipe that’s low fat and moderate carb that I found to put some low-fat turkey sausage and gravy on. I’ve been craving biscuits and gravy.

Never heard of a yogurt biscuit so let us know how it goes. Might be solving the worlds problems one low carb recipe at a time. Now I want some low carb biscuits and gravy!

It’s not low-carb, but low-fat. Most of the biscuits are full of butter so the yogurt takes away the fat. But they aren’t super high carb either. When I make them, I’ll post the recipe and macros for them too.
