I made red mill veggie soup last night. I added ground turkey which I cooked with a little low sodium chili powder for flavor. I also used 3.5 cups of beef bone broth. Very easy and satisfying meal. I threw it in the pressure cooker and 20 minutes later dinner was served. I had two bowls and put my body in shock as it’s been a while since I’ve had that many carbs. Looking forward to a great leg day. Thanks for helping me discover red mill. May make the black bean soup next.![]()
