The wife turns 49 this year. Fucking crazy how fast the years go. I'm throwing her the most legit 50th birthday party ever next year. If there is anyone that deserves it, my vote is for her. I mean, she has to live with me. Yikes....

Cauliflower crust pizza with peppers. Not amazing but it hits the spot when I've been craving pizza all week.

Yea, that's it! Have you tried their other gluten free one they have also? I've found the cooking temps of both of them need to be spot on or they don't turn out as good as they could. We usually add a tbsp of olive oil on them too then dip into Franks Hot Sauce.

There's the other one. Sometimes I'll even add chicken breast on top then toss the hot sauce over it. I'll only eat about half because of the sodium and the wife has the other half lol
I don't eat gluten, ever. Diagnosed as celiac years ago and felt a million times better after two weeks of giving it up. After so many years of throwing up, feeling and looking like total shit from ages 10 ~ 22 ish, all my issues went away within six months entirely. I even looked like a new person after about one year.
Some people knock it as a fad or whatever but I genuinely benefited greatly over the last 12 years or so being GF.

My infamous chicken and rice shake. 8oz Costco canned chicken (drained and rinsed) with 1/2 cup rice powder. This is my first meal after every gym session.
