Sorry I meant to add: Instead of the cauliflower crust like my last pizza a week ago - this time it was this one from Costco. It's rice flour based.

I've had some seriously amazing pizza subs over the years. Add hot peppers on them too and I could eat that for the rest of my life for every meal.

Meal 1- 50g of casein in water with a carb source depending on the day
Meal 2- 8 oz of 93 lean ground beef and 12 oz of rice. I use some szechuan sauce for flavor
