My infamous chicken and rice shake. 8oz Costco canned chicken (drained and rinsed) with 1/2 cup rice powder. This is my first meal after every gym session.
Heres another way to do it . Very inventive !!

One of the first things I noticed kicking gluten was the migraines I had been having almost daily, and I mean pounding migraines, went away within the first week or so.whatever makes the boat float better I say.
Yea, that's it! Have you tried their other gluten free one they have also? I've found the cooking temps of both of them need to be spot on or they don't turn out as good as they could. We usually add a tbsp of olive oil on them too then dip into Franks Hot Sauce.
If you haven't tried adding chicken breast that's been splattered with hot sauce onto it I highly recommend it. I'd do pepperoni but the sodium adds up so quickly lolIve only tried the cauliflower one but will look for the other on my next trip. I do wish they had supreme or meat lovers.
