For me I’d have a grill over mesquite. Have no idea what the temp is but about a 4 second bare hand over the grill temp. Lol. Four minutes. Flip. Four minutes. Flip. Four minutes. Flip. Four minutes. Eat. That’s for a big slab. I like it bloody.I eat my steak blue so close enough lol
