I bought half a cow and got a.bunch of chuck roasts. Tried twice but not sure I'm the hugest fan on the smoker. I'm not really a brisket guy, I prefer tri-tip. Brisket and Chuck roast this way just tastes like over cooked meat to me.
I did make some bomb meatloaf but anything with tomato sauce has been giving me bad acid reflux.
