What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I live in the cut b/c I would be that bad neighbor. I had 10 American Pit Bull Terriers before I shipped out but my girl could only really "handle" 4 so we kept a pup from the litter and sent the rest out to other friends. Great dogs..but I feel like my neighbors see me in the yard with my shirt off, inked to the gills, and a high and tight fade and they get the wrong idea. Can't judge things on looks alone though..most of my boys have bulldogs and a few are registered therapy dogs to help them cope with PTSD. Doesn't mean I don't hold the truck door for my girl or call every woman Ma'm :D But it probably doesn't help either when I've got 6 week old pups chasing a raw chicken leg on a string through the backyard

We got plenty of pitbulls around here , we've had em , they just cant have dangerous owners . Cant take care of the dog & where it goes than you gotta get rid of it and give it to someone that will work with it . Some of the biggest idiots & pussies own pits , and of course us real men too, the ones that truly should own one....lol

I think I would be alright with having either one of you as a neighbor at least I know I would be eating right.

Shakes all day thinking about the turkey meatloaf that should be going in the oven........about now.

Gotcha - gonna put it on my gotta try-list , for sure . Turkeys a great meat source , we try to have it all during the year . We get the Jenni-O breast too and bake em .

OGH what kind of ham are you always eating? On my bulk I hit the deli meats pretty hard but when I'm trying to cut up it seems like I puff up from the sodium and preservatives. Is there a particular brand you could recommend or is it something local?

We get Smithfields low fat/sodium pre-sliced ham. Its not deli ham . I looked at bacon/sausage & other hams & came up with this one as the lowest in sodium/fat . It taste good too , and thats half the battle ......I'll lose the water retention the last 6 weeks of my diet. I think.....

You guys gave me the bug. Volt's post was the last thing I read last night and I did Kung Pao shrimp, skipped the peanuts though. Back to shakes and brown rice+Chx+asparagus today.

I put too much cayenne pepper in the teriyaki sauce ,(I'll spare you the details this morning.....) still a great break from regular chicken .

Im gonna make a 4 egg italian sausage/shroom /spinach omelet this morning .....thanks Volt !
