What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Snuck in some cashews bought from the gas station so I have to deal with the ton of salt they dump on those things. Completely unnecessary.


Went to Walmarts 2 years ago and there were NO unsalted nuts in the whole store .None. Anykind , even peanuts , all salted . Went to the manager who said there were very few request , I said you got 2 right now , me & my wife , we wont buy salted nuts . We've had them ever since .....sometimes you gotta bark . :mad:
 
Game meat tonight - 8oz Blacktail burger w/ br rice /mixed veggies /butter .

Like I said earlier might slow down on diet (increase calories some) my face looks drawn & loose skin around chin/neck/pecs , still have small love handles leftover from last bulk.

Lunch - Chicken or Fish, or Beef patty, small salad, option eggs and cottage cheese. Or Tuna.

Mid afternoon snack – Can of Tuna or chicken breasts or protein drink.

Dinner -Steak, or Chicken with small salad, cottage cheese and sugar free jello and vegetables.

Bedtime – Cheese omelet

Gotta be a cut, that's straight keto.

I would move the cottage cheese to bed time and have the omelet earlier. Also protein shake only as a PWO.

I have to have some carbs too for energy levels, I think I'm going to try cutting them out even earlier probably my 2pm meal. Last night was 2lbs Tilapia seasoned with hot pepper relish and broccoli. Egg white and salmon omelet, whey iso shake, and leftover tilapia+white rice+broccoli so far this am.

I put on a little mass this winter and now I'm ready to start cutting up but until I can get my gear issue resolved I worry about cutting calories too much and losing what I worked so hard for. So I've just been eating a ton of lean protein with moderate carbs and low fats, I just don't want to drop weight to fast and lose buckets of muscle. I'm also training now and the cardio is way above my minimal fasted cardio daily, so I fear that losing some size is inevitable.

Look what Ive been thru bro - started a Pep test-prop cycle 6 months ago , the test-prop was bunk. 3 months ago , the test -prop turned out bunk again. Went back on TRT . Started another cycle last month , test-prop bunk yet again , so Ive been on test-c for a month now , hoping its good . All in all I cant give the gear any credit , all my cuts came from dieting & hard work (& 100mg test/wk)

Looking good! My abs don't look that good, yet! Were about the same height, but I am around 185 right now. Goal is 175.

Im 188lbs in my avatar , thats too heavy for me but I look more impressive in clothes at that weight . I like 160lbs , I can run & enjoy cardio and still look medium big . 145lbs is going to be rough but I want that extreme cut look for once in my life (5%BF), then I'll probably fatten up for winter .....~Ogh

Kinda of sounds like we are on the same path, but no way I am getting down to 145 on my own recognition. When I competed (20 plus years ago) I weighed 175, 6-7% BF for most shows. That's the goal, but around 8% BF. Diet first priority of course, then AAS.

For cardio I've been running, riding bike and jump rope. The jump rope seems to make me huff and puff more than anything. Sometimes between sets on leg day I'll do it for 3-5 minutes. Really fucking killer.

I am looking forward to following your path to leanness.

Welcome Gman - your diet looks like everything we eat here , just do so in moderation , thats the key right ? Its all about timing , a little here & a little there .....~Ogh

Early morning so lots of coffee , and maybe some oatmeal this morning w/ Syntha-6 protein drink .

162lbs & holding.....
