Welcome Gman. 6' 170lbs sounds pretty lean, what are your goals?
Looks like Mrs. OGH's protein cookies are attracting quite the crowd :D
Spinach salad with chx breast and vinegar last night. Salmon + eggwhite omelet, whey iso + water shake

My goal for right now is to get rid of my belly fat..lol
I think I'm doing good but I wanted to be sure..
My meals for today:
1st meal:-4egg whites and 1 eggs
-1/2 cup oatmeal
-1/2 cup strawberries
2nd meal:-1cup vegetables
-6oz chicken breast
3rd meal:-6oz tuna can(spring water)
-1 slice whole wheat bread(little peanut butter)
-little lettuce
4th meal:-shake(40gprot)after workout
5th meal:-6oz chicken breast
-1 tomato
-1 cup broccoli
And I think I'll go back to bulk in a couple months...
What you guys think?

I think it looks pretty clean man but I'm right there with you on shedding some fat, most of mine shows in the abdominal region, (OGH and I both posted some pics in "MEDIA") . When I first started making a plan this is the first place I came, and guys were more than willing to help my try to achieve my goals. I know when I first came on I believe OGH was going Keto, personally I've never been able to go this route successfully for any extended period of time because my energy levels are just too low for my day to day. With some help from others I started implementing fasted cardio in the am, I cut all dairy and fruits from my diet. I have been on almond milk for awhile now but nonfat cottage cheese and greek yogurt were staples in my diet. The fruit seemed to eliminate a ton of sugar out of my diet, no salt or unnecessary sodium intake to reduce bloat and water retention. Carbs come from white or brown rice and I usually cut them completely early evening. Tons of green vegetables....I just buy bulk broccoli, kale, asparagus, and spinach and steam it sometimes a little lemon juice for flavor. Proteins I'm trying to keep as lean as possible, I eat as much fish and shrimp as I can afford and the rest is chx. Right now I have been trying to reserve red meat to once a week or when I can just feel I need it. Stopped mixing my whey iso shakes with almond milk and just do water now. For seasoning I use crushed red pepper flakes, vinegar, lemon juice, hot pepper relish etc. Sometimes I will cook my chx breasts in Italian dressing for a little extra fat. This is just my personal experience but I will let you know how it works out and hopefully some Vets will chime in to give you better advice brother!
Oh and I used to drink a boatload of coffee but unfortunately I had to cut it out to keep a steady hand...not that fun but it gets easier everyday
 
Thx Tango good post,tmw I'll do asparagus+chicken and fish+baked potato...for my cardio i'm like you I do fasted cardio early morning which was tough at first but after a week or so it started to be easier.
For my prot shake it's always been water and I try to drink as much water as I can...
 
Spinach salad with 2 cans of solid white tuna w/ a dab of light mayo last night. Egg white+Salmon omelet this am. Chx/brown rice/kale alternating with shakes.

Spinach salad & tuna , one of my favorites....had a recall on spinach a few months ago & I stopped eating it but Im going back , I miss me spinach (said Popeye)!

This morning its eggs & ham & 1 sm banana + coffee

I'm pretty happy of my new diet...I did my cardio this morning before breakfast on the beach in south of France...this place is gorgeous. :-)
 
I went and had me a can of tuna & lg apple for lunch . Dinner was 4 scrambled eggs & ham & green chile sauce . Really dropping some weight now and into summer mode already . Tans coming along , just concentrating on lower calories without muscle loss , I know theres going to be some . ~Ogh
 
Happy Fathers Day !- Check this sht out .....my weigh scales turned out to be 6lbs light , so what I thought was 162lbs turned out to be 168lbs !! Just got a used doctors triple beam scale , this bitch is accurate down to 1/10 ounce !! Today Im 166 lbs (corrected)

And a buddy traded me some reindeer sausage for something so its reindeer sausage & 4 eggs w/ green chile sauce this morning ....~Ogh
 
Woman bought me a fat ribeye and asparagus for Father's Day dinner. Have a good night brothers and happy Fathers Day to all the Dads out there!
