big broccoli and cabbage salads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
almonds or almond butter. coconut oil.
tea with lemon. I eat the lemon rinds too. black coffee. and ginger.
those are my staples.
Broccali & cabbage salads . Sounds good . Another compact diet , void of junk & useless calories .
