i been wrapping ahi tuna, avocado, and peppers in that paper thin rice paper that you have to wet before you roll. super easy, like a sandwhich, but without the carbs

That sounds like a Hawaiian wrap , good stuff - we get alot of fresh tuna here on the coast , $3 lb in season .

I had 4 eggs/diced ham/1/2 cup brown rice/veggie omelet + water.

$3 a lb! fuck man I'd be living off that shit. I buy mine at BJ's, its like 14 dollars for a 2lb bag of frozen ahi steaks
 
1cup of oats prepared w/ 1 scoop of whey + 2 cups unsweetened almond milk. Also 12 egg whites with reduced sugar ketchup.

I don't know about you guys, but i can't tolerate the taste of egg whites anymore of so many years being a go to source for breakfast. But boy does ketchup does wonders.

No I am not candy skull.

Anyways I basically eat as much protein as you, give or take a little more considering you're eating the whole 4 eggs. I love eggs when you yolk is involved bro, but hate to death the whites. Texture taste disgusts me. Anyways can't do whole eggs doesn't fit my diets fat content. I think you're looking at 5g of fat per whole large egg? 20G of that would mean I would have to substitute other goodies of mine throughout the day.

And it was 4 eggs again tonight scrambled with diced ham & mixed veggies & 1/2 cup brown rice . Water. :D
 
Well Mrs.OGH was baking again last night , banana bread and protein cookies and I indulged and am paying for it with another 2 lb weight increase today , so its a early morning run this morning then on to the HST workout. I dont usually skip breakfast except for days like this . 1 cup of water and coffee then Im gone .......

if anyone cares... whole eggs, salmon/sardines, maybe some chicken or beef.
sautéed onions in olive oil and tomato sauce, and garlic.
big broccoli and cabbage salads with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
almonds or almond butter. coconut oil.
tea with lemon. I eat the lemon rinds too. black coffee. and ginger.
those are my staples.

I forgot hot peppers, like habaneros. or really hot, hot sauce. I think dave has some of the best. Dave's Gourmet, Inc. love the insanity sauce.

I got up at 5:30 am. still haven't eaten anything. im not training today so maybe ill extend it to tomorrow.
 
I actually love by burgers man it's my weak spot. Anyways I've been able to deal with 8oz turkey burgers on Ezekiel buns and veggie cheese with reduced sugar ketchup and mustard. It's a healthy replacement and I can still deal with my food soft spot
 
Anyways just ate post workout meal: 1/2 cup white rice 8oz chicken breast mixed with peppers and onions and 1/4cup black beans. All mixed up, was craving this meal prep all day!

Black beans are good ! I asked my doc last month what was a good carb to eat besides all the regular stuff and she suggested black beans . So I got a big bag and some more brown rice . Great meal Dper......

Well this morning Im getting tough . Ive been going up&down in weight , like a dog chasing his tail .And staying the same weight , so.......

Its time to carb cycle , low to no carbs on non-work-out days and medium carbs on work-out days .Today my weight is 172.3 lbs @5'5" (goal is 160lbs cut)

This morning its 8oz lowfat cottage cheese + coffee/water . Thats after I do a 1 mile run.....What R-U Eating ?? :D
 
That's a lot of weight brother on that height you must be massive.

Black beans are good, just carb loaded so gotta be careful with amount. If you're interested in beans/soups try lentil bean soup. It's loaded in protein and it's fucking amazing in taste.
 
breakfast - 2egg whites, 1 whole egg, cheese scramble with one sausage link those small little one. Coffee with a little milk

lunch - 6oz chicken breast and 1 cup raw cauliflower.

I am hungry all the time, even after I eat. Belly's full but craving carbs bad.
I feel like I am going cold turkey sober again, lol

Having Soup for dinner it has some potatoes in it.
Not a big spud fan but they sound like heaven tonight.:drooling:
