What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

breakfast - 2egg whites, 1 whole egg, cheese scramble with one sausage link those small little one. Coffee with a little milk

lunch - 6oz chicken breast and 1 cup raw cauliflower.

I am hungry all the time, even after I eat. Belly's full but craving carbs bad.
I feel like I am going cold turkey sober again, lol

Having Soup for dinner it has some potatoes in it.
Not a big spud fan but they sound like heaven tonight.:drooling:

Hey BigMesc - as you probably know the carb cravings will subside (some,lol) if you stay low carb long enough , yesterday the only carbs I had came from carrots at dinner , not much . But I lost a lb since yesterday so its all good .

(I cant talk , Im a carb-craving-cookie eating crazy-ass)

This morning its 4 scrambled eggs/diced ham + coffee. And maybe 1/2 a banana , got a HST workout this morning .....:D

I totally fucked up yesterday and ended up eating 7k cals lol. Ate an entire medium pie of dominos pizza and still ate a pound of chicken Greek yogurts and 4 scoops of protein shake. Oh and some cocoa puffs too.

Back on the proper bulk today at 3400

Hell yes , thats how you do it ! I love Domino"s and I love greek yogurt . And cocoa puffs [:o)]

Thats why I love to do carb cycling , its easier to live with than 100% keto diet . And you get more carb-up days . I had 15 carbs yesterday(carrots) and today Ive got 80 so far , try for 150 carbs or less today.
 
Damn!! If that dont throw some mass on ya I dont know what will. Id need an ounce of weed (which I dont use) and a gram of EQ to throw down like that.

I have been cycling on accident but I notice better results like this then just staying on Keto. I am going to run your advice on cycling on purpose now. I can see the science behind it and why it works.
 
I wasn't even high if I was I would have to add in a few glasses of milk and a sleeve or two of Oreos :D

I've never done carb cycling. Do you find it more effective than just eating at a deficit for a cut?

Im eating at a deficit on non-workout days , which is 4 days because I HST (3 days a week) And a slight increase or maintance on workout days .
 
Whole grain bagel with peanut butter and oatmeal works good for me.

As for me , I went on a binger again yesterday ,:eek: bowls of oatmeal , PBJ"s :eek:, you name it I carbed-up and caloried-out . Im so ashamed . lol.

This morning its 8oz lowfat cottage cheese . + coffee . :D
 
whey / egg whites - oatmeal - greek yogurt / egg whites - edameme - broccoli / egg whties - oatmeal - cottage / steamed cauliflower - chic peas - lean meat / casein. No snacks, no cheats.
Constant water intake, all day.
This puts me at 2400cal for the day 170carb. Trying to drop bf before I cycle. Over the last week or so my weight loss has really almost slowed to a stop :(
