breakfast - 2egg whites, 1 whole egg, cheese scramble with one sausage link those small little one. Coffee with a little milk
lunch - 6oz chicken breast and 1 cup raw cauliflower.
I am hungry all the time, even after I eat. Belly's full but craving carbs bad.
I feel like I am going cold turkey sober again, lol
Having Soup for dinner it has some potatoes in it.
Not a big spud fan but they sound like heaven tonight.:drooling:
Hey BigMesc - as you probably know the carb cravings will subside (some,lol) if you stay low carb long enough , yesterday the only carbs I had came from carrots at dinner , not much . But I lost a lb since yesterday so its all good .
(I cant talk , Im a carb-craving-cookie eating crazy-ass)
This morning its 4 scrambled eggs/diced ham + coffee. And maybe 1/2 a banana , got a HST workout this morning .....
