Amen.. Depending on if I think I can finish it all I sometimes get the 1/4 chicken, Caribbean jerk ribs, and mojo pulled pork trio.. I love that place.

Cutting at the moment. Today I've had a protein shake for breakfast (TWO SCOOPS GET HUGE), and a breakfast burrito with some lean sausage, egg + lots of egg whites, and a whole wheat tomato basil tortilla for lunch.
That will work too , I see lots of spanish food made into health food , this is good . Its not all about cheese & chips which the mainstay public eats too much of . I know guys that live off Taco-Bell and then bitch because they cant get ripped ......
Yeah, I'm in college, and you wouldn't believe how many people think "oh I'm drunk so taco bell is fine" and then bitch about not shedding fat. As if the 6-10 mixed drinks you just pounded weren't your entire day's calorie allotment already.

You got me hooked on whole eggs now Oregon. Been making 4 whole eggs lately for breakfast instead my traditional 10 egg whites. Had to substitute my pb for it though. =[

Yea thats the bitch with dieting , everything gets smaller , not just the fat belly . As I get older it gets harder and harder to stay lean . And these pockets of fat in weird places like under the arm pits .....I use to see lats & ribs , now its fat pockets . Oh well , just gotta work harder to gain less - [)]
