Amen.. Depending on if I think I can finish it all I sometimes get the 1/4 chicken, Caribbean jerk ribs, and mojo pulled pork trio.. I love that place.

Fast food cooked fresh that's not garbage..

agree if I'm on the run ill usually keep it clean with pollo tropica, thank god for that place or else you'll have the usual fast-food junk joints. Im also a sucker for they're guava bbq sauce [}:)][}:)]
 
post workout and shake.......3 eggs, tuna, two tbsp peanut butter greek yogurt washed down with milk.....i've got to keep my post workout meals light because food is the last thing my stomach wants:D
 
Cutting at the moment. Today I've had a protein shake for breakfast (TWO SCOOPS GET HUGE), and a breakfast burrito with some lean sausage, egg + lots of egg whites, and a whole wheat tomato basil tortilla for lunch.

That will work too , I see lots of spanish food made into health food , this is good . Its not all about cheese & chips which the mainstay public eats too much of . I know guys that live off Taco-Bell (and protein drinks) and then bitch because they cant get ripped ......

Yeah, I'm in college, and you wouldn't believe how many people think "oh I'm drunk so taco bell is fine" and then bitch about not shedding fat. As if the 6-10 mixed drinks you just pounded weren't your entire day's calorie allotment already.

I was in collage and I was drunk so I know all about that life . University district , Seattle in the 1980"s was basically Animal House on drugs . But a beautiful time :peace:
 
You got me hooked on whole eggs now Oregon. Been making 4 whole eggs lately for breakfast instead my traditional 10 egg whites. Had to substitute my pb for it though. =[

To have a successful low-carb diet you have to have plenty of good fats . Egg yolks have this, so I too have been eating more whole eggs than last year when I lived off egg whites . And my cholesterol has never looked better (200<)
My problem isnt eggs , its sugar ......
 
Broke fast last night Kung Pao Beef over brown rice. 252lbs 22lbs 4.5 weeks... 2.5 weeks left and 12 more lbs would be nice. I am feeling a little small to much b-ball 2 leagues and a pick up a week.

Yea thats the bitch with dieting , everything gets smaller , not just the fat belly . As I get older it gets harder and harder to stay lean . And these pockets of fat in weird places like under the arm pits .....I use to see lats & ribs , now its fat pockets . Oh well , just gotta work harder to gain less - [:o)]
