What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

This morning went down to ihop with the family
10:00AM:
5 blueberry pancakes with no butter or syrup
3 whole eggs and a 8oz Tbone steak

1pm:
1 cup rice with 10oz lean ground beef

3:45PM:
Post leg workout meal
1/2 cup rice with 10oz chicken breast mixed in there with 1/4 homemade guacamole and reduced sugar ketchup.


Gotta love training legs because it means high fat and high carb day at least twice a week!!

Pancakes with NO butter or syrup ? OMG the willpower you possess !! I would have cheated just a lil bit ,lol. Damn now I want breakfast again !

And yes leg day is pig-out day , sort of . :D
 
I actually love pancakes without the syrup and butter brother it had nothing to do with willpower...... Lol call me odd but I hate how the syrup changes the texture of the pancakes
 
My background is hispanic, I could live off eggs and rice my entire life if it was up to me. That shit always hits the spot no matter what time of the day.
 
Happy Easter !! My dieting friends ......this morning its , what else ? 4 boiled eggs w/ oatmeal + coffee .
Lost another lb. down to 167lbs. Yah ! Cycle starts in 10 days . :D
 
I will go on 4-5 day bursts I will juice but right now I have to stick to the veggie's only though. I will use some carrots and maybe a lime in a pre-workout juice. I will go through pounds of spinach and kale this week. I usually do it when I have that toxic bloated feeling. I will be very grumpy today but by noon tomorrow I will have a quasi-euphoric thing going but by the EOD Thursday I will be hungry as hell. So I guess this week isn't textbook intermittent it is more of a fast cleanse. It works but I will have a hard time lifting anything. 15 more days I get to go blast.

Fasting is a very different experience. People laugh and make fun of the idea but I think it can be really beneficial. It helps detox and purify the body and to me there is an odd spiritual side that can't be easily explained.
