3rd meal of the day- chicken breast lightly seasoned with creole seasoning and parsley flakes. Regular macaroni n cheese low fat milk low fat butter. 1 glass of pomegranate and cranberry juice for beverage.. 3 slices of melon for a my sweettooth afterwords!!

dang on that mac and cheese. How does that come out, i love mac and cheese to death just can't eat it and I've never really looked into a "healthier" option.

I love mac and cheese for the carbs. 259 calories from a serving and 190 of those are from carbohydrates. Love to eat it preworkout brother. Comes out pretty good long as you don't add regular milk and a lot of butter. Probably less than 10 grams of fat after I prep it. My daily fat is about 60-80 grams daily so its not too bad.

1/2 cup white rice with 8oz chicken breast with 1/2 diced pineapple and arugula.
1 cup unsweet almond milk with 1 scoop of whey

now headed outside to the grill and getting some meal prep turkey burgers in with hopefully can make about x5 8 ouncers
 
Dper gets the weird food of the day award , arugula - a type of salad leaf or "greens" , Ive ate this in mixed salads for years and didnt know its name . Until today ,lol. :D

lol yea brother, i personally don't buy it. But my wife loves it as a green and its been sitting in the fridge for two weeks and I personally hate to see so much food go to waste. Hate throwing out food that goes bad and could of been eaten. Makes me angry

Yea theres no waste in this household either . All meals are planned & accounted for .

Chicken , chicken & more chicken thats what I had for lunch & thats whats on the menu for dinner too .With brown rice & different veggies . And a protein cookie . One. :rolleyes:
 
Got up extra early this morning , couldnt sleep .....gonna do(try) a 2 mile run . Im not the best runner out there , too many years of smoking different things did that , but I try .

Pre-run meal will just be a Syntha-6 protein drink + coffee (breakfast of champions) :D

Well the 2 mile run was more like 1.5 miles , and I walked the rest .....lol.

Back at home it was 4 boiled eggs & hot sauce & coffee . Thats all......
 
Evening meal. Thin cut steak, baby potatoes steam cooked with mex salsa, sliced potatoes with muenster cheese and low fat butter. 2 slices of corn tortillas weighing in at 2 grams fat. Whey protein shake 50 g protein, 8 oz pomegranate juice

Lol. Actually I put coconut oil in my coffee , I put hot sauce on my boiled eggs ! But I'll take compliment anyway , thanks .....

Damn - I ran almost 2 miles yesterday , moved furniture all day for the ol lady and ate like a lil bird and I still gained 1/2 lb . Im pissed !!

Cottage cheese only & coffee (w/ coconut oil) this Sunday morning.....Thats it !!

166.5 lbs ---------Going for another run too !!
