It will look bigger after we add in the container plants , we usually grow half our plants in containers .

Nice...what the hell is a potatoe box. I mean I assume it grows potatoes.

Its just a old compost box I made out of barn wood and convert to a potato box to grow potatoes in the summer .....it works , the ol lady put hippie decor on it.


OK - I promised BigMesc the recipe for chick pea & beef soup . I don't forget.....

<Chick Pea & Beef Soup>

2 cans Swansons Beef Broth or "Better than Bouillion" (make 2 cups)
1 can Chickpeas (Garbonzo Beans) drained
1 clove garlic /olive oil tbsp
1 lb stew meat (beef,game,chicken or roadkill)
1 bag frozen small mixed vegetables (optional)

1. Start off by pressure cooking 1 lb small beef chunks until fall-apart-tender ; if you dont have a pressure cooker then saute beef chunks then cover & simmer chunks for 30-45 minutes.

2. Saute garlic in 1 tbsp olive oil then add in beef broth ; add pre-cooked beef chunks & simmer for 10-15 minutes . Add in cooked mixed vegetables (optional)

Thats it , its quick & tasty and chickpeas are diabetes-friendly (slow burning carbs) Enjoy !! ~Ogh

Lunch & dinner were boiled eggs & ham slices & protein cookies & protein drink & lots of water ...... Too busy today to eat good.....Hotter n' hell today , great tan soon....:D
 
Man, I was soooo looking forward to eating a pound and a half of skirt steak with some Basmati rice. Butcher packed 3.5 lbs of chicken breast which I ordered. He also decided to bag another 5lbs. of chicken not even cleaned man (Which I DID NOT ORDER, I ORDERED SKIRT)!!! I just wanted a freakin Steak!!:drooling: I have chicken coming out of my ears! So, 12 ozs of chicken with rice..... AGAIN

BigMesc - The ol lady corrected me - you can add 2 cans chickpeas instead of one if you want......

This morning its low carb again - so just 4 boiled eggs (yuk) and coffee w/ a tbs of coconut oil . Sometimes you gotta take extreme measures to get real results.....~Ogh
 
OGH, that photo was taken after the teen/ collegiate nationals. I had just turned 19. Weighed about 207 lbs. Dieted for 16 weeks, cardio 2x a day for 45 min each session. Trained with my buddy who actually won the heavyweight division at the NPC Nationals that year. You can get as sliced as you want brother!! Manipulate the diet and cardio and train like a beast, which I am sure you already do!!!!
 
Hey OG, I keep meaning ask, why coconut oil?

I'm on a low carb/calorie - high fat/protein diet . Coconut oil is another one of those "good fats" like olive oil , and its filling . It was suggested by one of the guys here to increase my fats by using coconut oil.

Egg yolk , olive oil and now coconut oil make up my fats including cottage cheese & cheese . Plus my cholesterol profile keeps going down as I increase my good fats . Win-win . :D

OGH, I've never Fed-Ex'd a pizza pie, but I'm sure there's a way. Have a few spots that you would love if you're into the thin crust (most NYC slices are thin crust, we leave the chunky shit to Chicago). I'm going to see how we can actually pull this off.

WARNING: Consuming slices of NYC pizza is highly habit forming. Please check with your physician in order to make sure your blood type doesn't turn into RAGU.

Thanks Kev - I was just dreamin there dude , I love me some thin crust pepperoni and I know NY has the best . I'll just have to make do with Domino"s & Papa Murphys (sniff-sniff) :(
