What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

been a little while since i was in this thread!

I love bulking lol :D:D

Breakfast 7:30 AM, 1 Cup of Oatmeal, 2 Greek yogurts (Fage 2%)
Breakfast #2 9am Protein Bar 30g protein 350cal
Lunch #1 10:45am protein bar 30g protein 350 cal
Lucnch # 2 12:00 5oz porkchop, 2 cups of rice, 2 cups of stewed red beans
 
Good afternoon from the City that never sleeps.

1hr Cardio then.....

1st meal: Protein float (carbonated water with chocolate Hexapro)

2nd: 24 oz. skirt steak w/ 2 whole eggs and 1 cup of Basmati rice.....

Train in 2 hours, then shake post workout followed by 16 oz of chicken and 1 cup rice...

A pound & a half of steak w/ eggs & rice ? Thats how ya gotta eat - you go for it Kev ! :eek:

Have you tried Zoi yogurt yet Biebs ? Its even better than Fage . I mean its addicting !

You stop by here anytime Biebs , this threads for you guys just as much as its for me - A BB diet gets hard & boring sometimes , I started this thread so guys could what others are eating & maybe get ideas for their diet . So post-on my iron-brothers !! ~Ogh
 
Here is what I have been eating during my cut. I change to portions up a little from day to day, but like you said its pretty boring really.
Breakfast
4- eggs - 280c
4- Turkey Bacon - 140c

Morning Snack
Orange or Apple - 70-100c
3oz Beef Jerky - 270c

Lunch
Cup of Rice- 215c
8oz Chicken- 220c

Afternoon Snack
Mixed nuts- 170c
Protein Shake- 260c
Can of Tuna- 120c

Dinner
Salad- 40c
8oz Chicken- 220c
2 pieces of cheese- 160c

Late Snack
4oz Turkey on wheat- 220c
Greek Yogurt- 100c

i have never tried it. i stick with the plain Fage 2%, try and keep the extra carbs from sugar out of the diet. i gotta tell ya man i am looking forward to cutting, i tend to go a little bit overboard when i bulk and i can tell that i have gained a little bit of fat. i need to watch the sodium, im looking at pictures of myself from 6 months ago and my face is looking a little bit round:cool:

Correct , the Zoi yogurt is sweetened with honey and has a little more calories than Fage. Its one of my cheat meals . I also get plain Great Value yogurt from Walmarts and add local berries to it or either banana/apple/papaya .

Yes I still have a good 15 lbs to lose before ripness but Im stagnant , gotta burn more calories . Waiting for that Oregon sun to stick around for more then a few hours at a time . Its coming......:rolleyes:

everyone keeps telling me how jacked i look, and asking if i am on gear, but i look in the mirror and my face looks fat! hooray for body dysmorphia!
 
OGH, I'm still hungry Bro. Bought 3lbs of skirt steak this morning. Thought I'd have enough until tomorrow. WRONG. Damn Cytomel. It gives me a hell of an appetite, allows me to have a good amount of calories and still get lean/hard (only 25mcgs a day in the morning before cardio).

Between Volt & Kev I am starting to feel "beef-inadequate" .....gonna have to dig up some steak today . [:o)]

As for myself its just a whey protein drink & coffee , just not hungry. :confused:
 
OGH, do you do any cardio work? I know some people are dead against it, but it actually helps me eat more, get harder and believe it or not build quality tissue. I do cardio on an empty stomach 1st thing in the AM. I bought a Precor EFX for the house. Coffee 1st then EFX.

Oh yes - I run , crosscountry run , mountainbike and use a treadmill when its raining (which is 70% of the time) Infact going to run 1.5 miles this morning . But I eat too much at night , thats my undoing . [}:)]

What you are seeing is about 150oz tilapia 3 cups brown rice 1 1/2 cups quinoa and 300g olive oil mayo.

I mash it all together into a past that evens out to 10 meals with about
75g pro
45g carb
14g fat.
Sometimes I roll it in nori rolls so I can eat them on the run candy bar style.
