That was one plump sweet potato , had me fooled . Me & the ol lady was goin back in forth tryin to figure out if it was a beet or a rutabaga , just didnt look like a sweet potato or yam . Did you bake it ?
Morning gang! NoTits, Tilapia is great. Awesome source of protein, easy to digest. If you don't eat enough, you might be hungry within 1.5 hours. Prepped many athletes on tilapia. You might glow a little after eating it for 6 weeks, but you'd get hard as hell.
This morning, coffee then cardio, empty stomach for 45 min. Then a big ole Protein Float. An hour after the shake I'm going to house a 1.5lb skirt steak (butcher loves me this week) and 1 cup of basmati rice. Have an event for children with Autism, so I'll probably have shakes to hold me off until after. Some things in life are WAY more important than meals, like being an advocate for those who need a voice. Stay strong Brothers!!!!
i microwave them anywhere from 5-10 minutes depending on the size. i will post pictures of my desk drawer in a few minutes. there are 3 guys in my office who run gear like I do, and they are always coming to me asking for snacks
1 lb top sirloin, 2 eggs, coffee black. If I can't eat carbs.....I will eat some steak.

6:30am: scrambled egg whites w/ a whole avocado
8am: smoothie with fresh berries and nonfat greek yogurt
10am: baked spaghetti squash, steamed kale, and 1/2 lb lean ground turkey with crushed red pepper flakes for seasoning
Lunch at noon will probably look like the bluegill from last night w/ asparagus and 2 cups of brown rice
I was gonna say , I hope you dont work in a office , be getting some weird looks come lunch time . But it sounds everyones onboard , so power-on bro's.......
I'm still eating eggs ground beef and noodles... lol I do switch it up with fish every now and again... mainly it's just 5 hard boiled eggs and bagle in the morning, than carb control protein shake on break, than lunch is half a pound of ground beef and two ounces of noodles, some times if I am feeling hungry I will drink another shake, than gym, and finally dinner is half a pound of ground beef and two ounces of noodles... Once my bulk season starts again I will bump my carbs up again... I can't wait ether cause I have tore a bicep muscle, fucking sucks but I have been making sure I don't go over board while I still work and train with it...
You can actually pack on some muscle eating just ground beef & noodles . Thats raw protein , fat & carbs ......
