What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

How are you feeling OGH?
The thing that usually derails my cutting is my loss of energy, I eventually end up late night snackin or just go on an all out carb binge. I've been seriously thinking about supplementing with injectable B1 + B12, I know that my only experience I felt like a racehorse for days! Slept better too...I usually eat way too many calories and end up doing cardio everday just bc I feel better.
 
OGH, you ever try Almond Butter with raisins? There's a specific brand I pick up at the local vitamin shop, I'll get the name. High in protein, good fats, perfect to fix a craving. Anyway, as opposed to bad snacking, have 2 tbsps of the Almond Butter, hell, even 4 tbsps. Way better than having simple sugars towards the end of the day. Just have fats Brother in the form of peanut butter, sunflower butter or the almond butter. It will fill you. I usually have a tbsp or two with seltzer. I have the SodaStream machine, it's awesome for dieting and consuming water (carbonated or not, I personally have 1.5-2 gallons of water a day without even trying). I make protein shakes using carbonated water, tastes like an Ice Cream float. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
 
Oh yeah, today at the Brooklyn Zoo:

Coffee w non dairy creamer
25mcg Cytomel
45 min cardio on EFX

Post cardio:
Protein Float

2 hours later......
16 oz skirt steak with one cup of basmati rice.

Another shake in an hour and a half. Probably going to have a shot or two of espresso to wake me up.

No I cook it all.
The nori roll is just so I can eat while im driving. My job has me driving a lot and it's hard to eat rice and read and text and watch porn and drive:eek:
I can fit 300 cals worth in 1 nori roll and they go down easy. I don't rap it all, just a few for the drive time.

If you want to spice it up a little, Japanese spicy mayonnaise, Cajun spice or good old fashioned sharp cheddar cheese are all good.

I love Tilapia because it's so easy to eat. About 20g protein in only 4 oz so it's really easy to get your protein in. Trying to eat 300 grams of protein of chicken and stake will wear your jaw out!

I've gotten symptoms of TMJ from eating so much chicken and steak in the past and it fucking sucks.
I basically had to eat as little as possible for a month for it to go away.

I got busy at work today and missed a meal so I stopped off at the grocery to try and make up for it with a "little" extra protein:cool:uploadfromtaptalk1399586585669.jpg
 
Gonna try some tillipia again Pittbox, its a really light flaky fish......

Tonight it was beef & chickpea soup & protein cookies , oh well not worried about my weight right now, I'll worry later .....;)

Yeah it's bad ass, Frank McGrath is a beast too, he had a really bad car accident and ripped his tryceip, rip I belive his sleen, clasped his lunge, and some bones.. He bounced back and is still huge.. haha that's straight up determination. ..

He seems like a simple guy with a simple life , also thrifty . His big splurge was some cupcakes and a diet coke . Cool :cool:

My big splurge might be some cereal or yogurt or chocolate bars . Oh and protein cookies :rolleyes:
 
I'm afraid today is a dcd (dont care day) , so anything goes - tonight its Papa Murphys thin crust cheese pizza & protein cookies . Milk & Syntha-6 protein drink :eek:


And that dcd netted me a nice 2 lb weight gain . Life after 50 my friends , it will take me a week to get back to where I was last week . Im almost ready to say fk it , especially with this nagging golfers elbow restricting my workouts , but I persevere on , hoping it gets better . This is what happens when you let your guard down......:mad:

Got back from savannah and did I destroy J christophers for breakfast.

Everyone should hit that up out at savannah GA. I love breakfast too much.
