What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Yeah man. I feel strong when I eat like 6 cups or so of oatmeal a day. Like to add peanut butter and/or honey to the mix. Oh and I forgot I like brown rice though its very bland. What about you?

I had to cut back on oatmeal , I love the stuff but it goes straight to my waist and also raises my blood sugar excessively (Im pre-diabetic,want to keep it that way). Yes if I only had 1/2 a cup Id be fine , but my flesh is weak and before I know it Im on my 2nd bowl . Same with peanut butter .

My carbs usually come from fruits & veggies with brown rice & sometimes small amounts of pasta (the ol ladys Italian , no way around that)
Lately Ive been trying different beans like black beans & pinto beans . Beans have nice , slow burning carbs and dont spike blood sugar . Just have to deal with the gas . :D
 
Great menu Oregonstrong - wish I could stick to that 7 days a week . That will get you ripped.



This morning I needed a change of pace ....1/2 cup Grapenuts w/ ON whey protein/1cup whole milk . Got a HST workout in 1 hour......later guys!


Thanks OGH, it helps that my little woman cooks my meals for me the night before when she's cooking my dinner:)
 
Dinner was 8oz chicken breast baked w/ brown rice cooked in chicken stock & mixed vegetables . Water.

Gained 2 lbs these last 4 days , time to punish myself.......[}:)]
 
Wife is out of town me and the kids. It will be brutal I am sure there is plenty of pizza going around. It will be punishing on Sunday.
 
This morning I had just a small piece of Mrs.OGH's banana bread & a whey protein drink . Out the door here in a few minutes for a nice Saturday morning run . Feel energetic compaired to yesterday ! Hows your day goin ? :D

Was in a hurry this morning and blended my breakfast, can get it down in less than 2 minutes compared to 10-15. 1 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup whites, 4 whole eggs, stevia, cinnamon.
