thanks man! I think ill throw avlittle olive b oil in with it too..Keep it simple Ink - 6 oz cooked egg noodles (yum) w/ 6oz chicken cubed-up. Pick-up some "Better than Bouillon" chicken bouillon base (Walmart), its the best and use a sm tsp mixed in with the cooked pasta/chicken . Not too much because its salty , but thats my break food away from rice . Pasta has a bad rep , but it has no more carbs/calories than rice . Just dont go overboard . Good stuff , report back....~Ogh
PS- theres also a beef version of Better than Bouillon , works great for Beef and Noodles and Beef Stews....
Im gonna make a ton of it to get me through the next 5 days or so.. im on a 5 day weekend b i get once a month at work andill be busy busy so I'll have this made up and on hand for convenience... Ill sit down before I makeit and calculate the ratios of pasta to chicken so I can get the macros as ideal as possible..
