Keto of course. I believe Dave Palumbo likes to throw a shitloading/cheat meal in there...I believe once a week. It's ok to fall off your diet, just don't beat yourself up too bad and try to get right back on. It's a marathon and not a race.

Same as yesterday 3 eggs/ham/sm oatmeal + Syntha-6 drink. Coffee .
 
Been chicken/rice most of the day. Bananas,'cottage cheese a couple times too.

I need to watch my sodium intake I'm always WAY over my target everyday. That's my next goal.

Oh yah and yesterday started day 1 of kicking the caffeine habit for a few months. Today day 2 was rough to say the least
 
As odd as mustard dipped chicken sounds, I'm going to give it a try. I'm down for any change at this point.
If you like mustard dipping your chicken will become addicting although I try not to as it adds additional sodium. I definitely will always keep it on hand for when my woman leaves the chicken on the grill for to long and overcooks it.
 
just slammed about 70g carbs (pineapple) and some chicken breast post workout. anyone else eat pineapple post-workout? its great
 
I'm feeling old after lunch. I accidentally bought frozen brussel sprouts a while ago, never could stand them. But ran out of everything else and didn't feel like going to the store. I ate them........and liked them. What's happened to me? Anyone have a simple healthy chicken marinade? I've been using Italian dressing for 48+ hrs. works great, but i have a feeling it's not the best for you. Especially with the amount of chicken i eat. IDK maybe i'm wrong.
