Cant beat that OGH, three sources of protein in one meal. Now thats making sure you get all the needed aminos and the rice for carbs and peas for fiber. Thats one well rounded meal!

That's why it is five month goal the idea is to keep the weight maybe even increase and drop the fat. Diet diet diet. If any of you see me not post for a day or two in here feel free to call me out.What @Volt neglects to mention is that I read somewhere he's like 6'1" 260 or something. So 10% bf on that frame is an AMAZING accomplishment IMO. Good luck brother.

Well you look good in your AviIm 6'1 252. Down from 265. Personally I think it's easier for taller guys to be leaner. All depends on genetics of course but to be honest I gotta carry 250-260 to even look the part
