What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Same ol same ol for me, 6 eggs (2 real, 4 whites), 1 cup low fat cottage cheese w honey and water. I think Im 100% over the caffeine headaches now which is awesome. I did have a monster yesterday it was a rough day.

Also a week or so ago I was all freaked out about packing on the pounds, I think I figured it out. It was water weight. I had been eating so much rice during that time and I LOVE soy sauce on my rice. I think all the salt was causing me to really hold water and thus the weight gain. I cut way back on the soy and Im back to a leaner looking self, not bloated
 
Good point Furious - Alot of guys think they are packing on the pounds when its just water , and when they reduce their sodium it will go down . I love the soy sauce too , but try to avoid it , causes me to bloat badly ....(I use dry parmesan cheese to season my fried rice & scrambled eggs) ~Ogh

I have been on point all week.....4 eggs 4 egg whites, 1 cup of spinach, slice of swiss, 1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal.

Amazing how I feel so much better when I eat clean the first day or two you are detoxing but after that it is a beautiful thing.

Power-on Volt ! Stay positive & strong against temptation . I should be totally lean right now but I caved-in like a puss . Dont give-in !!

This morning its 4 eggs/ham & green chile sauce.Coffee.~Ogh
 
Chicken breast, cottage cheese and steel cut oats for me.

Checked bf yesterday at the gym and came in at 13%, I'm gaining size and lowering bf. Granted it's only the crappy and inaccurate handheld device but I've only been measuring against that thing for the last 6 mos so I'm feeling pretty good. Not bad for an old ex-fat guy!
 
before I went to bed yesterday afternoon, 1 1/2 scoop casein protein with a dash of cinnamon, 2 bags white tea mixed in. tea yields more benefits in a high acid medium. why not just mix some in a shake. the stomach is highly acidic. I think. why not just eat it. I know, im weird. but I don't really drink tea anyway. no kick. like black coffee, in a coffee press.
last night, 2 lbs chicken breast. blah.
tonight I don't work ( I work 12s plus travel). so ill work out. some carbs and more food. im thinking tomatoes, onions, garlic and hot peppers. maybe some quinoa.
