Nothing excessive, little egg mountain with some salsa, Dave's killer bread (best bread imo) 21 whole grains, with butter because I realized too late that I was out of peanut butter.

I just buy it at walmart. But they have it at pretty much every grocery store out west, I never heard of it untill I moved out here.

Sams and Costco usually carry it too as well as Walmarts. Its a Oregon product so almost all of our local stores sell it . "Best bread on Planet Earth" .

I didn't realize it was an oregon product, although I'm sure it probably says it on the packaging haha. I agree though, with the exception of like a fresh loaf of sourdough from a good bakery it is the finest bread I've ever had

Never had an issue with mine... I eat a ton of healthy fats and it's always regulated just fine...

Shit I would but I don't have a Costco membership, I may look into getting one once I am done getting all this fat off me and I start clean bulking. I just don't need to buy in that large of bulk at the moment haha
