Sauteed chicken liver. Shawarma seasoning, and lemon. Missing the chopped parsley, but fuck it. Wicked tasty, lean, and a bunch of micros. For under a dollar a pound.
 
Cant say that ive ever had chicken liver before, but if you say their tasty ill take your word for it.
They're great IMO. Some people just don't dig liver though. I grew up eating them, and beef/calf liver, and pretty much everything else under the sun, so I like them. Especially the way the gulf Arabs do them, like that. Tasty fried too.

That pound has something like 80g P, less than 15g fat, and all the A and B vitamins and iron you need. I'll find myself craving them every now and then like crazy, seems like they cover some sort of dietary hole for me when I'm eating on the run a lot.
