What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Had a killer workout and I think since I've been doing cardio it has Kickstart ed my metabolism because I have been one hungry sob the last couple days. 9 o.z lean burgers and 9 o.z brocoli. And i got that beer to go with it, boss gave me and my coworker a 6 pack each to try out and see if we want to sell it in the store. Just killed my second shoulder and bi workout for the day. Putting the home gym to use finally.

600grams of chicken
3 ancient grains wraps, 2 hard tacos
150g of Avacado
90g of cheese
60g salsa
60g roasted garlic hummus
And Some lettuce

That's my pride and joy it's worth thousands to me (cost $60 though at your local London drugs) cause it's more important than gear in my mind.
Man truer words were never spoken any better, diet is 80% training and gear make up the difference. Me it seems I'm on perpetual bulk, I gotta quit this thread.
