What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

ok put fitness pal on my phone. tracking them macros currently, I set it up for 3k calories, with like 330 carbs 330 protien, 50 fat ... not sure if thats high enough on the fat. anyways not even to lunch and ive managed to use up half of my calories so far..:

7am oatmeal 2 packs 320 cal

1030 2 whole eggs scrambled 185 cal
3/4 cup egg whites 125 cal
2oz shrimp moist heat 84 cal
8oz chicken breast 328 cal

1130 : 200 grams non fat greek yog 120 cal
chocolat protien shake 280 cal
bannana 85 cal

lunch coming shortly.. at 1500+ cals already carbs so far 102, fat, 26, protien 210

this app is making me understand..

this app is making me understand..
Nice work tileguy! Try to get some protein in your first meal. Maybe add eggs to this meal like you have in our second meal. In fact I would pull the eggs from your second meal since you are already getting plenty of protein from the chicken and shrimp and put them in the first meal. Then maybe add some rice to your second meal with the protein. Keep it up brother!
 
I usually lift after the oats and then immediately banana n Shake , then generally the eggs / chicken w or without shrimp is my next meal typically . Maybe I'll hit the yogurt for some protien w the oats .. I hate working out on a loaded stomach
 
its crazy when i think im eating proper i actually need to increase it by 1/3.. to 1/2 more intake.. especially if i run a cycle. . right now natty im still far under where it thought i was. I still am bloated nightly but i thought its the food but my bf is low i think its actually i carry water in my abs...
 
Following the Keto here as well. I have yet to find anything else that leans me out so well and retains the muscle I've worked so hard for. Don't have to be in a very significant deficit for it to be effective either.
On a side note, what are your thoughts on Omega-3 eggs, grass fed beef etc.? With as much meat/eggs as I eat on the keto is it worth it to purchase this way?
