What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I think 350 grams of protein a day when your not running gear is probably a bit excessive. Imo

it might be, but i want to tune it into something reliable, like this and i can adjust accordingly. i just dont want to be all over the place with different foods all the time... i want consistancy , and to slightly track my macros, or at least get a pattern , and stick to it , awhile knowing what its doing for me. Before I just listened to my stomach.. and the brain when it had munchies.
 
Rock and rolling my diet the same has been exactly the same now on the second week. OGH I think I am about 2 weeks from posting pics.


Pics are always welcomed here , and will go a long ways to sucking-up brownie points , lol.

Alot of us here have body-dysmorphia and I think posting pics are a great way to break that mold , and to see ourselves as the best we can be at that moment . Taunting is not allowed in my thread , and positive feedback is always encouraged....

Ive always been facinated by different body types and how they change after dieting or repeated exercise -

Most of us arent Flex Wheeler or Rich Piana , these are rare body types but then we arent Pee-Wee Herman either . I figure Im somewhere in the middle , where most of us are....~Ogh
 
@tileguy123 not sure if you know this but you can go on the myfitnesspal website and change the default meals they have setup. I have 6 meals in mine, I think by default it comes with 4 setup for you. Just in case it bugged you like it did me


I always used Myfitnesspal in the custom mode - it works best that way . After 2 yrs of faithful using , I went solo this year without it . I now know how many calories a food has without looking it up from the many months of using the MFP . ~Ogh
 
Tilapia I caught in a drainage canal sautéed in lemon butter caper sauce over a bed of rice. J/k! I like meat and vegetables for breakfast.
 
Eggs, oats and cottage cheese. Threw in some cheese in the eggs this morning for a change up.

I go through of about 2-3 of those Costco sized tubs of cottage cheese every week. I now actually love the stuff.


Cottage cheese is my go-to breakfast food when I cant handle eggs anymore . I always eat 8oz which is 24gms protein , about the same as 4 eggs . I usually add bananas , apples or berries , but Cheerio's and granola is great when calories arent a concern .

What do you guys think about regular tortillas? The burrito sized ones that come in a pack at the store. I try to stay away from processed food as much as possible and bad carbs, but I can wrap 200 calories around just about anything. I've been eating about 2-3/day for the extra calories
 
Cottage cheese and yogurt is my shit !

This am my girl made 1st meal for a change
3 buttermilk pancakes syrup
4 whole eggs
Shake

Gym 40min latter . Using shredded 6 day split , quads and hams today till I about puked . Still Layning in bed 1 hr post gym

The last few years Ive changed my thinking when it comes to carbs , I no longer think there are good or bad carbs , just too many carbs .

I eat Cheerio's in the morning and banana's at night , does this make me any less of a bodybuilder than the guy thats carb-starving his-self ? I think any food is game for eating , just dont over do it .

Is Bread,crackers and tortilla shells any worse for you than oatmeal or rice ? According to my doctor (who's a certified nutritionalist ) they are all the same .

So....dont limit your food choices , limit the quanities !! ~Ogh

I eat the shit out of the spinach wraps, use them for anything low maintenance I want to eat on the go when I'm not counting carbs.
