who has experience with polenta? I've always only seen polenta cakes that are fried and never really made it a staple in my diet. It's essentially just cornmeal correct? I was talking to a buddy that ran a special of shrimp and polenta grits and it got me thinking about what other things I'm missing out on.
Cottage cheese cheese cake? I want. My wife had lemon resses pie cheese cake. And I'm over here with my brocoli Like hahaNY steak & rice plus some garden veggies , thats lunch & dinner .
Mrs.Ogh made cottage cheese cheesecake . Its great ! And high in protein ~Ogh

Anybody ever heard that you should only eat tuna every so often? because of mercury in it or something like that??
I had to get a break from chicken so I've been shoveling down tuna(in water) and ground turkey, now my girl keeps hounding me saying eating tuna everyday is bad for my health
Well I've got a stockpile of it BOGO so hopefully i survive the next two weeks but I'll certainly limit it after that... it's just so damn easy and so damn good! a can of tuna, 1tbs olive oil mayo, 1 tbsp dill relish with some whole grain toast mmmmmI would limit tuna to twice a week , because of mercury build-up. I get it fresh from the docks here on the coast but I still try and limit it to twice a week . You can also try salmon for a change , it doesnt have the heavy mercury like tuna. ~Ogh
"low carb"???This morning its 8oz cottage cheese + coffee. Low carbing it today . No workouts . Playtime . ~Ogh
