OGH....I switched it up same diet but different goals. I decided I would rather go into the longevity game instead of bodybuilding. I love sports too much and I want to play as long s I can and holding onto 260 just isn't viable for longevity as far as my body is concerned.
Going to go for 220lbs and ripped.... boy I have not seen that in 15-20 years. As much as I always wanted to see what the bodybuilder in me looked like it just doesn't outweigh my love for sports.
246lbs today down 18lbs in 18-19 days. The workouts are different and lighter still I put up 15 reps at weight most guys can't touch lol. Strange days for me but still excited.
Go for it . Try & diet until Thanksgiving , lol. Thats what I did ,this same time last year . 12 weeks x 2lbs lost a week = 24 lb lost in 12 weeks . ~Ogh

nah it was a joke lol at 250lbs I doubt 10 cans of tuna Will do any serious damageIf your that nervious about it try jack makarel or sardines
