I cooked a 25lb turkey last night because I am so sick of chicken and tilapia... so I am eating a turkey, mozzarella and fresh cranberry sauce sandwich on sprouted grain bread. Epic.

You aren't the only one burned out on chicken. I'm eating well over a pound cooked most days. One thing that has helped me get it down is grinding it all. I put it all through a hand crank meat grinder and season it, pan cook the shit out of it, drain the liquid and inhale it day in - day out. I'm not into turkey, especially ground turkey, or any meat that I didn't grind myself. However that sandwich sounds mean as hell, I miss bread....
Right now im putting down a pint of whites and 4Whole eggs with a side of oats and whey shake.
Do it! I stuffed the bird with apple slices, chunks of onions, whole cranberries mixed with salt, olive oil, rosemary and garlic. They cook down and steam the meat from the inside. I pull the skin right above the breastplate out enough to shove a stick of butter or two in (self basting) and coat the entire bird in olive oil, salt, pepper and a shitload of fresh chopped rosemary. Couple cans of chicken broth in the pan and good to go In four hours.Good point Notits - you can change the texture of food and continue eating it . I cut-up the chicken and beef in tiny cubes then mix-in the rice in my Mix . Makes it easier to chew & swallow then big chunks. Im ready to join Brutus in the turkey feast......~Ogh

I just learned that way. I like the alternative. Still taste goodMost guys dont know that whey protein is very similar to flour in consistancy , and can be used as a thickener . When my wife and I started the Protein Cookie recipe , we cut the flour in half and increased the whey protein .
This morning its 8oz cottage cheese + half banana + coffee . ~Ogh
