I'm 5'11 187 40ish and 13%, I need to eat 2600 calories to maintain myself working out 5day/wk. I'm pushing 3100 calories on a lean bulk.

I think you're eating way too little. I established this using the TDEE calculator on iifym.com. I don't subscribe to the iifym methodology but the TDEE calculator is pretty good. Check it out. Enter your stats and your fitness level and it will tell you the min amount of calories you need and how many you need to maintain taking into account the number of days you workout too.

Damn I get so full. I work out very hard 5 days a week. But I can slowly build up i guess. And I'm thinking my appetite may start kicking in when my tren does in a couple weeks!

Yah I suffer trying to get it all down. I start early in the day and eat small meals. When I really struggle I have a OregonStrong protein shake, it's about 1000 calories in a glass. Is very useful on those days your short. I think if you scroll through this thread the recipe is in here

Thanks for the help furious . I'll look into it.!

who has experience with polenta? I've always only seen polenta cakes that are fried and never really made it a staple in my diet. It's essentially just cornmeal correct? I was talking to a buddy that ran a special of shrimp and polenta grits and it got me thinking about what other things I'm missing out on.
