-crockpot chicken BBQ.
-ground turkey, brussels, few portabello slices, there's a few leftover pieces of pork tenderloin peeking out.
-last one is second serving of ground turkey this time with mostly broccoli

dozen oyster raw, a peck steamed...throw some horseradish, lemon squeeze, and texas pete on those fuckers and chase em down with tequila. Makes them panties drop.

..not big on the mountain oysters but you eat what you got sometimes.

6 eggs
1 cup brown rice
1 scoop isolate
Lotsa pills

I'm not sure about this new meal plan. ..breakfast is HUGE. 3 Egg white and chicken omelets (technically 1 cup egg whites and 3oz chicken), and 1 cup oatmeal with 1/2 cup berries. My breakfast is usually much smaller. Lol
