I assume you use traeger wood pellets? I'm using them too. Actually using the hickory ones. I think I'm gonna go to wood chips though. These things put out to strong of a taste. I literally only had my fish in the smoker for 15 mins and I will be burping up smoke for the next 24 hours.

Really? I buy the "gourmet blend" from Costco. It's maple, hickory and cherry pellets, I LOVE it....!!!

-crockpot chicken BBQ.
-ground turkey, brussels, few portabello slices, there's a few leftover pieces of pork tenderloin peeking out.
-last one is second serving of ground turkey this time with mostly broccoli

the first bbq shot looks different bc my girl added ketchup based BBQ sauce to it when she reheated it
(cant knock her for bringing me breakfast in bed though)
