Right there with you. 4 eggs and some maple pork sausage.Good Sunday morning - After a near one week break from eggs , its 4 eggs/ham/rice mix this morning , went down good . Weight is around 180lbs. ~Ogh
Yesterday though was my first crossfit challenge. Knocked out 295 pound dead lift 5 times. Pretty proud being just 160lb. And this relates to food cos right after was 12 hour smoked chiken and pulled pork. Yum yum
