What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Good Sunday morning - After a near one week break from eggs , its 4 eggs/ham/rice mix this morning , went down good . Weight is around 180lbs. ~Ogh
Right there with you. 4 eggs and some maple pork sausage.

Yesterday though was my first crossfit challenge. Knocked out 295 pound dead lift 5 times. Pretty proud being just 160lb. And this relates to food cos right after was 12 hour smoked chiken and pulled pork. Yum yum
 
I have a really spicy spin on tuna. I chop up two habaneros and mix it with tuna, then I add Tabasco and a bit of mayonnaise. Usually I scoop it up with celery and eat it for a bedtime snack. My wife says that it makes her lips tinge when I kiss her after eating the spicy tuna.

Damn . You eat this before bed ? My suggestion would be to not get too oral with the ol lady after eating this mixture . Peppers and beavers dont mix ! ~Ogh
 
Damn am I glad to be back home. Ate like shit this week. Dropped to 185.5 but hoping didn't pick up much fat.

This morning was 1oz HNT Cheerio's & 9oz cottage cheese . Made a huge batch of beef/chicken/rice/veggie mix , so thats lunch & dinner for several days . Been packing for the Alaska job , leave Thursday .

I needed more fiber in my diet so Im drinking a scoop of Metamucil & a scoop of whey protein in ice water or milk . Tastes like a Orange Julius ! ~Ogh

Metamucil! Thanks for reminding me of that OGH! I might need to get some if I don't change my diet soon.


If your taking in alot of protein , especially dairy and your not "going" the way your use to , then your constipated . Sometimes I make one of my noon meals a Metamucil/whey drink . ~Ogh

Man i took some fellow Meso adivce, and stepped it up with my Milk intake. even though im lactose intolerant for the most part just gassey on it,ive opted out of almond milk, as it doenst generally have the calories .. and gone back to milk thats treated with the lactose enzyme. so its got lotta callories for cup and protien. . ive been able to go back up to a lean 188-190 dry. which is closer to where i was on cycle.. drinking about a cup with every meal possible. and mixing my shakes with a 1/2 cup of milk , instead of doing water + whey.

dinner last night was a IHOP greasy dble monster burger.. and a cple pieces from my kids b day cake. Yeah buddy.

today i have a left over subway platter - its got about (7-10) more 6'' subs sitting on it from yesterdays party. what to do hmmm..
 
I had a cheat meal Saturday night and steak for every meal for the last 2 days.

I am back to chicken breast now and its pretty depressing lol.

chipotle - double white rice, double chicken (hate it when she tries to skimp i call her azz out) and light cheese. just lifted about an hour and a half ago and slammed a 50g isopure whey shake and 10oz pineapple + 1 banana right after that.
