Here where I live. (In the south) we use charcoal. Steaks don't look as good as they do off a gas grill but damn they taste so much better. I also recently got a smoker. I'm all about a smokey flavor.
I wish I had me one. Buddy has a realllllll nice one. I'll upload a picture of it later.
And damn, charcoal taste better Huh? May pick me up a charcoal grill.

Really? Damn, that's really crazy. I never heard that. A 44" chest is small at that. My biggest at my heaviest was 54" nip to nip. That makes me feel really good man thanks

Stuffing zucchini and grape leaves with spiced ground beef and rice. Stacked and cooked slowly in a garlic lemon broth.
Eggplants are being stuffed too in a tomato broth...it's eggplant season and they are delicious!

My ex of 7 years family was from Lebanon. Her family always made stuffed grape leafs. I remember the first time I had them I asked for the ketchup. Haha I really pissed her dad off. I actually love them now. they are really good with a tad of lamb in them too

Last nights dinner, 3 chili dogs and for desert, chocolate cake and a chocolate dipped cream puff. Took all of 10 min to shovel this into the hole in my face. Pure heaven.

I put lamb chops on the bottom of that pot, then a layer of tomato slices, then I stack the grape leaves and zucchini on top. When it's done stewing, I flip it upside down in a large pan. It's heavenly. And yes, you guessed right on the money with the ethnicity of the dish

Now thats a good neighbor right there. I love tuna, but swordfish is in my opinion way better. Alot like a very moist tuna. Doesn't dry out as easily as tuna and tastes delicious!!
