What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 6 oz sirloin steak, steamed broccoli and 1 cup of oatmeal. That was a lot to take in. I wasn't feeling hungry but the show must go on.
 
Evening boys.
Tonight is Sautéed shrimp, marinated in garlic and tyme.
Mixed in homemade yakisoba with sweet peas, carrots and shallots.
Lil kung pao sauce to taste.

And appetizer is brown sugar bacon wrapped jalapeños with 3 different cheeses.

I wish I was as creative as you guys with my meals. Grilled elk steak, broccoli for me tonight. Was still hungry and craving sweets so had a protein/almondmilk shake to satisfy.
 
Smoked chicken is the shit. For me today:

Oatmeal and eggs.

Chicken breast and okra with Ezekiel toast

Grass fed lean hamburgers with bacon and asparagus. No bun.

Fage Greek yogurt with caisen and almonds mixed in before bed. Throw a little ff whip cream in there.

Cup of Coffee

Snack/pre-workout
2 scoops syntha 6 Isolate w/2 tblspn of peanut putter and 2 tblspn wheat germ

Lunch/post workout
3 Cheeseburgers (little cheat)
Baked yam

Snack
2 Cups Rice

Dinner will be
3 breasts of chicken
Baked Yam
1 cup of ricd
Salad

Desert will be
2 packets instant oatmeal w/2 tblspn wheat germ

Night shake
1 scoop syntha 6
 
Just cooked up a pound of venison sirloin strip rolled in wheat flour and fried in coconut oil. Was gonna split it into two meals, one for dinner, one for breakfast in the morning. It was so good I couldn't stop and ended up eating the whole pound! I deff got my protein:)

Morning fellas.
Nothing special but breakfast quesadillias today.
Egg whites and garlic and queso cheese.

And if your a shredded cheese fan. Look for "queso fresco" mixed in with the other cheeses cos it is the creaminess when melted. Have a great day
 
I just crushed 1 cup of cottage cheese and a can of olives before bed. Did any of you realize an entire can of black olives hosts 300 calories? Pretty amazing really I never thought of it like that. Good bulk food!
