What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

4 whole eggs
4scoops of chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp of Skippy dark chocolate peanut butter
2 tbsp of PB2
1 cup of almond milk
Mix up till it's a batter. I like to use a blender. Cook and enjoy. I make my pancakes big so you can probably make a bunch of smaller ones if you choose. I also decided to top them with some Greek yorgurt this morning and they were delicious!

Just a side note. I bought a couple two lbs tubs of protein at a local Big Lots ( it's a chain store around here that everything is at a discount/clearence prices) for $8 each and use that powder to cook them with

8oz New York strip with okra for dinner. Then keto French toast my wife makes. It's ridiculous. Off day so low carb today.

Mannnn, wife and I are moving so it's hard to cook as the place is a mess. So I just ordered some food, I got a fuckin Ostrich burger on whole wheat on the way with sautéed veggies on da side. Never had ostrich, I'm stoked to try it

So if I eat my wife's ass and puss out all the time. Does it mean I'm A. Becoming a pussy or B. Becoming an asshole? Either way. What's the Protein and calories in that? Daddys trying to bulk! Haha
Idk...alot of both. Considering the size and thickness. Abundance of meat and cheese...probably 1000 cal, 90-100 g protein. That MAY be close

Keto french toast that was asked about.

  1. 3 tbsp plus 1 heaping tsp almond flour
  2. 2 tsp coconut flour
  3. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp cinnamon (add half to batter and use the other half on top)
  5. 3 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  6. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  7. 1 tbsp butter
  8. 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Crack egg into coffee mug, mix in all ingredients EXCEPT for the butter.
  2. When the batter is smooth and completely mixed, then add your tablespoon of butter right into the center. No need to mix it in or melt it first.
  3. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave strength. When it's done it should still be soft and spongy.
  4. Carefully slice it in half and stick the two halves in the toaster (I pan fry this after microwaving. Our toaster tends to trap this in the slots and makes it difficult to get out after toasting.)
  5. Top with more butter, cinnamon, sweetener or sugar free pancake syrup.
