What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Well yesterday def did not further my weightloss since my wole family got together to eat lunch for my birthday. Live in the south so it was the full spread. Didn't do to bad and got in some cardio afterwards so total from the weekend only up 1lb.

This morning: 2 whole eggs with a cup of whites,85 gr spinach and 14 gr cheddar cheese.

Lunch at my office today will be 6oz chicken breast and 1cup oatmeal before mid afternoon workout.

No 31 feeling like 51. Bad thing is my birthday isn't until this Saturday so I have to keep everything in check again. I normally wouldn't care but so close to finishing my cut I can taste the bulking food. Would have all been good if my package would've come in. I got to find a good source.

So my cupboards are bare. But I was able to make some tuna melts.
Tuna
Mustard
Greek yogurt
Sriarcha
Tyme
Dill
Bacon. Topped with some goat cheese and shredded 3 cheese blend. And since I'm a weird sauce guy. I found Kim chi bulgogi simmer sauce and put that on top haha.

My wife " what'd you put on that? !! Sick freak!"

Goat cheese makes everything bombbbb!
I got a 1.5 pound cut of ribeye for dinner tonight with the wife, going to BBQ after the gym and eat that with some brown rice :)
 
One thing I can count on is always having food at home. My wife thinks I'm crazy bc I like going to the grocery store so much.

Low carb today.

Eggs and spinach for breakky with a little cheddar.

Lunch is chic breast and Ezekiel bread before workout.

Proats after lifting then my wife is making a pork and veggie stir fry tonight for dinner. Should be good. She makes keto breads and stuff too so hopefully will get some of that. Down to 211.8 today from 219 Sunday morning. Feeling much better.

Breakfast this morning was 3 whole eggs 2 egg whites with green peppers and onions mixed in and about a half pound of ground turkey that was cooked with a little bit of bbq sauce. This has become one of my new favorites breakfast wise. Also had some pepper jack cheese on it.

Mid morning snack was 1cup of oats cooked with dark chocolate peanut butter. This has also become a favorite of mine lately.

Tonight I made 4 dark chocolate peanut butter pancakes. I'll eat two for breakfast and the other two pre workout tomorrow.
Nutrition is 1102 calories 124g protein 53g carbs for all four. If anyone is interested in the recipe I'll post it up. It's really easy to make!
