Can never go wrong with a nice scrambleBreakfast this morning was 3 whole eggs 2 egg whites with green peppers and onions mixed in and about a half pound of ground turkey that was cooked with a little bit of bbq sauce. This has become one of my new favorites breakfast wise. Also had some pepper jack cheese on it.
Mid morning snack was 1cup of oats cooked with dark chocolate peanut butter. This has also become a favorite of mine lately.
Yes please!Tonight I made 4 dark chocolate peanut butter pancakes. I'll eat two for breakfast and the other two pre workout tomorrow.
Nutrition is 1102 calories 124g protein 53g carbs for all four. If anyone is interested in the recipe I'll post it up. It's really easy to make!
