What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

It was only 5.49 a lb for breast at my local butcher. The breast aren't over inflated and stringy. Taste is clean. The thigh meat taste more like roast pork shoulder. Less grease. Better texture. Easier to chew. All around a more pleasant chicken experience.

On top of that my wife and I have a 10 month old little girl who basically eats what we eat every night. I personally never cared , but it's nice not to feed her all the shit in the cheap stuff. Antibiotics and steroids(those are for my use only!).
 
Next up is to get into this grass fed beef and organic pork. Will post some feedback. It is a little harder on the wallet than the chicken. But got about 15lbs all organic chicken,steak and pork for 115$ at the butcher. Running pretty low carb with a carb up every 5 days and wife is doing keto so we go through meat quick. Ready to be done with this cut. Or at this point I guess a recomp. Var has ripped fat off my stomach and exposed my abs while only loosing 3 pounds in 6 weeks. Also on prop too. At 6'3 214 right now. I love carbs but really feel mentally sharper on high fat. Owning my own business I see this as a huge benefit. Loads of energy.
 
Viral infection in my tonsils or something so not able to eat solid food for the last 3 days.... Just had some scrambled eggs with melted cheese. Sipping water with BCAA's and protein shakes since friday. Lost a bunch of weight. Yuck. I can feel my metabolism grinding to a halt...
 
Oh no, the wife and I went on a sugar binge with all the Halloween candy out in the stores. My wife had more than I and is paying for it. Anyway, anyone who is on a cutting cycle beware of the Halloween candy.

A lot of Elk!! Lol. Been hunting this month chasing elk and with that training and diet have suffered. When I'm out in the woods I eat a lot of cliff bars and trail mix. Still same clean foods when not in woods just less because training has been limited but I needed to deload. Season ends September 28th and I plan on coming back with an even more extreme diet and training and supp plan. Hoping to put a lot of size on this fall/winter!
 
I don't know what that is, but I just finished my last set of dumbbell pullovers and I would eat everything in that picture
