What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I dont have a problem eating lean and light. I have trouble getting enough calories on a cycle. I can eat tons of chicken and tuna and get my protein but my calories are always low. I try to cut all sugar out.
 
New meal idea, Oregonstrong approved! 2 cups whites, one cup Quaker oatmeal squares. Pour the whites like milk and drink the excess when finished with the cereal. A good snack to fit into your meal plan or a quick breakfast if you are in a hurry (I just splurged and had it for my last meal of the night and it is tasty). 50 grams protein, 44 grams carbs. Tonight for me was homemade chicken fried rice, with brown and wild rice!

Side question: for food/diet/cutting I guess. Should I be doing like 100 carbs a day on work out and maybe 0-50 on off days?
 
Back on the grind boys. 6 whole food meals a day, 2 liquid around workout, 8 meals a day total. Whole meals are 2 cups whites, I cup oats for breakfast and either 8 oz. chicken or 8 oz. elk with 1 cup jasmine rice or 10 oz. potato remainder of meals. No cheats for now until I see how I respond the next few weeks.
