Breakfast ( pre- WO) pretty much the usual 4 whole eggs and some strawberries and black berries topped with 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

Amino acids are the building blocks of complete proteins. I never seen any reason to supplement BCAA's. Unless being a vegetarian is your thing. Where most the proteins you eat are incomplete.
Totally depends man. For quick uptake of AAs, it's much easier to use them directly... No need for your body to break down proteins during a workout, for example.

Smoked for half my life up until recently. I dip now. I keep wanting to put it down but life is to stressful lately. Plus I'm a real dick to my guys already. If I quit nicotine then I would probably fire them all. I'm not as bad as you though. I dip a little less then a can of cope a day.
I'm with you on that man.. 2 cans a day keeps me sane, as pathetic as it sounds (I just hate the fact as labeling something as a " stress reliever " or whatever.. But sadly it truly is. Wish I would just quit

That is the 1st time I have ever heard it referred to in that way, lol. I had to look it up. I am some what familiar with the area. Im actually from a little further south east though, Melbourne area.
 
Im jealous!!!!! I used to have a grapefruit and tangerine tree when I live in the central Fl area. I ate them every morning when they were in season.

Haha, they're the bomb. Ever heard about taking grapefruit/grapefruit juice with orals intensifying the effects? Some people swear by it. One of my buddies was on some dbol so I gave him a grocery bag with around 15-20 fatass grapefruits and told him to take his dbol with a serving of grapefruit each time. Put on 30 pounds. The dude was gonna blow up regardless, considering dbol is dbol, but he said his pumps and strength were far more prevalent during his gym seshes when he took it with the grapefruit as opposed to without. Could be placebo but who knows.

Ive never heard about it intensifying results, but they do say its great for fatloss. Something in it is supposed to speed up calorie burning

I used to drink grapefruit juice with xanax and norco bc it was supposed to get you higher...same same but different. [emoji12]
